Anxiety Sucks

I had a lovely time yesterday. I went to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens at the cinema with my brother. I won’t spoil the movie, but panic-anxietynear the end I felt the familiar signs of my anxiety rearing its ugly head. I was so annoyed that it had chosen to get in the way of a very enjoyable time and I didn’t know why.

Anxiety does this to its sufferers. It doesn’t care what you are doing or how you are feeling. It just happens at the worst times. That is what its like all the time. It is usually followed by someone saying ‘what are you worried about?’. I wish it was as simple as that.
