The BBC have been asking people for their tips on dealing with their mental health problems. It is really encouraging to see so many people feeling open enough to give their top tips.
Hopefully this will encourage those who are suffering to seek the help and support that is out there. I have found so many people that are going through exactly the same as me since I started this blog, it feels as though you are not alone with your illness.
Feeling lonely and isolated is one of the cruelest aspects of mental illness and anything that can be done to ease that is great.
