24 little hours.. As the song goes, things really can change in 24 hours. Yesterday, I was lethargic and not interested in doing much at all (notice no posts!), but today I am motivated.
This is one of those cruel jokes that anxiety can play on you, but I am determined to make today’s surge an upward curve. Not only did I walk the dog, I also did my 20 minutes of Yoga and got some work done. Yay, go me!
I have been a bit hit and miss with the old Yoga, but I found a great video on YouTube from Yoga by Adriene. I am going to post the 20 minute beginners video that I used, but there are so many on her channel for anyone.
I really felt that I had done a good job but I also felt relaxed which is what I have been looking for.
I am planning to make this a daily addition to my routine, here’s hoping. i am planning on keeping the 24 hours feeling going for a long time.
