Yoga For Anxiety and Stress – YouTube

As many will know from my other post on yoga, I have been trying to get fitter and become more relaxed with the help of this amazing exercise.

I wasn’t too sure if I would feel anything when I started, but this workout I did today definitely made me work.

It was another video from Yoga with Adriene and I like the way she explains what to do as well as gives you alternatives. This is particularly good for me, as I am as supple as a board.

The session lasts for just over 30 minutes which is perfect for me. It left me feeling relaxed, but also energised. When you try it, you will see how you can get a toned body with Yoga.

I am starting to become a bit of a convert and I hope that it will lead to the results I am looking for.
