This is the first of a few apps that I will be reviewing regarding anxiety and mental health. This first one is called Self-Help Anxiety Management (SAM). It has been developed by a team of university experts and is very used friendly.
It has a lot of nice features and is easy to navigate and use if you are in the middle of a panic attack. You can also track your anxiety over time to see if there is a pattern.
